    Developed 307 Class "A" residential high rise units with average sales price of approximately $1,000,000.  Project consists of three 15 story buildings. 

    Avenue One Irvine,CA

    Developed over 400 residential units with an average size of 944 SF which was sold prior to completion to a national home builder.

    Canvas LA Apartments Los Angeles,CA

    Developed approximately 174,000 SF of multifamily apartments located along the 110 Fwy in downtown Los Angeles.

    INDUSTRIAL

    Opus Point Flex I & II Carlsbad, CA

    Developed approximately 620,000 SF consisting of 10 Buildings.  The project included R&D, industrial, and office uses. 

    Opus South Chino Chino, CA

    RETAIL

    The Shoppes Chino Hills, CA

    Developed 370,000 SF "lifestyle" center on 50 acres consisting of neighborhood shopping, restaurants  and professional services.  

    The Plaza Retail Irvine, CA

    Developed and current operator of 8,489 SF. neighborhood retail center consisting of restaurants, fitness use, and amenity services.
